I've owned a real estate company, held just about every type of property, and helped countless families buy and sell their homes.
Along the way I launched more than a few agents' careers — and recently celebrated a milestone that still surprises me to say out loud.
Recently, I celebrated 50 years in the business.
Today I focus on something more specific: acquiring and upfitting single‑family homes to operate as group homes.
It's the work I care about most — real estate that does more than change hands. It creates places where people are cared for, and businesses that can finally grow.
